How we use information when you ask about a costume or use our rental service.

Before publication, the service provider’s legal details, retention periods and providers’ data transfer arrangements must be confirmed.
Inquiry information
The inquiry form asks for your first name, surname, phone number and preferred rental date. We also record the selected product and inquiry language so we can respond and arrange the rental.
Why we need it
We use the information to answer your inquiry and take steps towards a rental contract at your request. Once a contract is made, order data is used to perform it and fulfil legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not confirm a reservation or give consent to advertising.
Who can access it
Authorised Kostiumoteka administrators handle inquiries. Vercel and Supabase provide website hosting and data storage; their access must be limited to what is needed to provide those services.
Your rights
You may request access to and correction of your data and, where the law provides, deletion, restriction or portability. You may also complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate. For privacy questions, contact nuoma@kostiumoteka.lt.
