Rental terms
The essentials before collecting and returning a costume.
1. Our agreement
The order lists the costumes, included pieces, rental price, deposit and return time.
2. Collection
At collection, we check the outfit together and record visible defects.
3. Care
Use the costume with care. Do not wash, clean or repair it without agreement.
4. Return
Return it at the agreed time. If you will be late, contact us; we will agree any extension and its price.
5. Damage or loss
You do not pay for normal wear. For loss or damage, we assess reasonable actual loss, taking the item’s condition into account.
6. Deposit
We return the deposit after checking the returned outfit. We explain any deduction and the reason for it.
7. If we cannot provide the costume
If we cannot provide the agreed suitable costume, we agree a replacement or refund the payment for the rental we cannot provide.
